What we did
This rural cottage had been extended previously so our only option for a new extension was to use Permitted Development Rights.
This home has small cosy rooms but needed a larger space the whole family could gather in. We designed a single storey rear extension that blends in with the rest of the house and complies with all the restrictions of the Permitted Development rules.
The bricks and metal windows match the materials in the older parts of the house, whilst the interior is clean and contemporary.
