What we did
This Edwardian three storey house is in a Conservation Area.
This home has a beautiful garden, but the rear of the property had no real views or access onto the outside space. The brief was to remodel and extend the rear of the house to create a new bright open plan kitchen – living – dining space with a great connection to the garden.
We also added dormer windows to make better use of the top floor space. The project was a finalist for a West Midlands LABC Building Excellence award for the best extension of that year.
