What we did
This mid-century house was tired and lacked character. We totally renovated and remodelled the inside and outside, extending to all sides.
As this home is in the Green Belt, we used a combination of Permitted Development Rights and a planning application to maximise the potential of the property.
The extensions allowed us to create a large kitchen dining space at the back and four double bedrooms upstairs, all with ensuites.
