For developers, we can undertake feasibility studies at concept stage to determine the viability of your site, pre-purchase.
Once the site is secured, we can look after all the planning applications, discharge of planning conditions, Building Control and warranty process for you to ensure you have a smooth build once work starts.
We have a consortium of specialist consultants who we can introduce you to.
We can also manage them for you to ensure that you have all the expertise you need including asbestos surveyors, energy assessors, renewable energy specialists, ecologists, landscape designers, structural engineers and drainage engineers.
If you prefer, we can work with any of your own consultants or liaise with your kitchen and bathroom designers.

For developers who do not have their own in-house build team, we can prepare full working drawings and schedules of work, tender the project and be involved on site as contract administrators, all as required.
Should you prefer to manage the build yourself, we can offer an adhoc support service when the build starts, to help with any unforeseen issues that arise on opening up or demolition. Our service can be tailor-made to suit your needs.

For commercial buildings, the process is very similar. We understand how an extension to your premises, or the construction of a new building can add huge pressure on the business and take much of your time.
Our design team will listen carefully to your requirements, and then manage the whole process from initial designs through the planning and Building Regulations approvals, detailing and specifying, tendering and onto site. As with new housing, we can act as contract administrators throughout the build process or offer a more adhoc ‘clients’ agent’ service, depending on your experience and the amount of time you have available.
We will act as Principal Designers and have CDM advisors who will notify the HSE and liaise with you on all health and safety matters.
