Victoria Potter

Victoria Potter

BA(Hons) Dip Arch RIBA

Vicki is a Chartered Architect and was elected as a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) in 2003, and joined our practice in 2008.

She was born and bred in Lapworth and knows the local area well (although she has seen a fair bit of the rest of the world too!).

In 2012 Vicki was made a Director.

Old and new

Vicki loves creating contemporary light spaces using traditional materials.

She has previous specialised experience working on Listed buildings, so she has a sensitive touch and a great eye for proportion and balance.

Bespoke Railings
Architectural Details

Little gems

No matter how big or small the project is 'the devil is in the detail'. Vicki has designed bespoke railings, finials and staircases to ensure every element of the design is 'just right'.

Mill conversion to new homes

Box of tricks

Vicki previously worked in-house for a large national housebuilder based in Epsom, designing new homes in disused Listed buildings and on tricky enclosed sites.

She has designed new housing developments for all markets, sometimes in sensitive areas like Conservation Areas and the Green Belt. She is also very familiar with all the sustainability requirements and space standards, as well as having a good understanding of budgets and the need to optimise layouts and returns.
